Join us for the Sugar Creek Family Fun Run/Walk to raise money for Sugar Creek Elementary School! We’ve set our goal and hope to raise $28,000 for our school!
Race Day is Saturday morning October 4, 2025

The Fun Run Matters
The Sugar Creek Fun Run is our largest fundraiser of the year and helps make all PTO programs and events possible. Funds raised support activities our students love, including the Imagination Fair, school events, classroom resources, family nights, and more. When families participate in the Fun Run, they are directly supporting opportunities that enrich every Sugar Creek student’s school experience.

Fun Run Pep Rally
All students will celebrate with a Pep Rally! The Sugar Creek Fun Run Pep Rally is Friday, October 3, 2025
Students will parade through Sugar Creek to the pep rally. Then they will be able to celebrate their achievement as an entire school!.

After you have entered your student's name, email, and grade, you will receive an email with a link to your student's site and a link to upload an image to your student's site. Even if you do not wish to change the picture on your student's site, click on that 2nd link to invite your family and friends by email or text message to visit your student's site and donate.

Print and fill out your Waiver ahead of time. Once you do that, you can head straight to the Bib table at either our EARLY BIRD CHECK-IN or Check-In on Race morning.

Want to sleep in a bit longer on race morning? We are providing an early check-in time for anyone that wants to skip the line completely on race morning. Come to Sugar Creek Friday, October 3 from 2:35-5:00pm and pick your bib up early!

While we prefer that you sign up to fundraise online, you may send in your donations in an envelope. Fill out the paper registration form and return it with a check payable to Sugar Creek PTO by October 13th.

That's okay! We still want your student to FUN-raise with their Sugar Creek friends! We have planned great prizes that reward Sugar Creekers by signing online even if they can't go to the virtual race. We also have a great all-school event planned to reward ALL Sugar Creekers if we meet our goal!

Unfortunately, we do not allow bikes or scooters at the in-person event due to the number of people participating. If you are running on your own, virtually, you are welcome to use a bike or scooter!
